Job Description For Telephone Operator - Arabic Speaker (Female)

Test/report faulty lines/equipment.(To be registered in triton & followed up)
Advice defects on Cisco equipment to One Touch Service Manager.
Maintain telephone A-Z bible in opera Shift F 7.
Accurate wake-up logging/executing through opera system.
Updating and hand over all DND’s, incognitos, messages, requests and instructions on a shift to shift basis.
Follow up to close all the pending tritons requests & mention the reason for the parked tritons in the triton report email to the concerned.
Ensuring that all notice boards are updated daily (i.e. Duty Manager, Functions, MOD, VIP’s,Weather forecast, Occupancy etc)
Assisting in generating revenue by using the techniques of up-selling and suggestive selling our rooms, F & B, Spa & other facilities.
