Job Description For Commi - I, II & III

Commis Chef:

• Always work in a clean and hygienic manner which complies to food safety and HACCP standards
• To participate in food preparation, produce food consistently to high quality and presentation whilst expediting food production during peak meal periods as needed
• To ensure that the kitchen area is clean at all times with consistent food stock in all kitchen areas
• Avoidance of any cross contamination in all kitchen areas
• Monitors kitchen equipment and reports any issues to superiors
• Measures, mixes, and prepares ingredients, sauces, and seasonings and other meal items as instructed by seniors within the kitchen
• Perform any general duties as defined by the kitchen supervisor and helps with any other department or sections in the kitchen as required
