We are looking for a Chef de Partie for Royal Caribbean International, with at least 2 years experience in an upscale restaurant, hotel, cruise ship, or high-volume food service facility.
The Chef De Partie aside from supervising and coordinating all activities of a particular workstation dedicated to preparing and cooking food for various outlets is also responsible for maintaining and enforcing USPH standards. Proof of cook apprenticeship or it's equivalent and/or chef apprenticeship from an accredited culinary or hospitality school are other key qualifications.
With this opportunity, you will gain new knowledge in the culinary department, work with multiple nationalities and have good chances of promotion to other roles in the future.
Contracts are generally around 7 months onboard, with a 2 month (unpaid) vacation, with opportunities to return for further contracts.
