Position Description:

BASIC FUNCTION:

Oiler will be assigned to one of the 2nd Engineers and he will work in close cooperation with him. He will be on the same watch schedule as the 2nd Engineer, 8 hours per day.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be advised that RCL places the highest value on the environment, and all employees shall do the same. Those assigned to this position shall work with superiors and subordinates to understand and comply with the company's environmental policies and be committed to safeguard the environment. He shall directly and immediately inform his immediate superior if any environmental system does not function properly.
Oiler shall help the 2nd Engineer carry out necessary painting, cleaning and maintenance of their assigned area.
Additional routines and work as assigned by supervisor.
Assist in the maintenance that has to be carried out in different areas of the engine department
Keep engine and pump rooms clean and perform any kind of paint work.
