Job Description

- Carries out occasional repair work as required, following specifications and handles any unexpected problems

- Prevents problems from occurring in the hotel's technical installations

- Implements the corrective action plans as communicated by the Technical Manager

- Follows the preventive maintenance program

- Applies water hygiene procedures

- To focus on details, be well organized and follow up to overcome the task as professional administrator.

- Prepare monthly energy consumption reports in accordance with utility management standard.

Work Experience

- Vocational certificate or diploma in electronics or technical studies, or degree in hotel maintenance

- 2 years of experience in a similar field

- Must have practical and theoretical skills in related areas: cold-storage, air-conditioning, building pathology, water processing, Public Building regulations (ERP in France)

- Knowledge and experience of associated computer applications

- Languages: fluent in the national language, and English
