Job Description For Administration & Accounts Assistant

We are looking for an exceptional, experienced and passionate person to join our friendly team as an Administration & Accounts Assistant.
As our next Administration & Accounts Assistant reporting directly to the Rooms Division Manager, you will:
- Have strong organisational skills and the ability to successfully handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of accounts receivables; process cheques, direct deposits and Trust Accounting processes
- Ensure the timely and accurate entry of all timesheets to ensure prompt processing
- Attend to owner queries and/or provide updates to owners in areas related to owner statements.
- Oversee the reconciling of all general ledger accounts on a timely basis
- Ensure the efficient processing of all Team Member related forms and requests
What we are looking for:
- The ability to work under pressure, multitask and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues is required
- Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation
- A passionate person who is able to make both their colleagues and guests smile
- Someone with apparent energy and a positive attitude, that they will bring with them to every single shift
