Job Description
Responsável pelo atendimento direto ao hóspede presencial, telefônico e whatsapp, realizar check-in e check-out, registro no sistema, fechamento de caixa, atendimento na loja de aeb, organização de processos internos diários, inserção de reservas de canais off-line, prestar informações diversas sobre a região e eventos, oferecer e pontuar o programa de fidelidade, controlar disponibilidade de apartamento, encerrar contas, entre outras atividade do dia a dia.
Work Experience
Paixão em atender, gostar de lidar com público, bom em trabalho em equipe, inglês intermediário, conhecimento de planilha de excel, facilidade de aprendizado com sistemas, proatividade, pontualidade e flexibilidade de horário.
