- This position is responsible for the daily management of the outlet, ensuring that the highest standards of food & beverage service is provided to the guests in-line with the brand standards.
- The Assistant Banquet Manager plans, organizes and directs the overall F&B operation, administration, marketing and promotion of the outlet, and is responsible and accountable for its profitability and revenue generation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management / Hotel Management.
- Minimum 3 years of Food & Beverage experience.
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.Benefits
