• As the Assistant Manager of Food & Beverage Outlets, you will play a part of the leadership team and be responsible for assisting with the management of our existing Food and Beverage Outlets. You will provide guidance to a diverse group of Ambassadors with varying personalities while building engagement and a sense of value for the team members.
• As part of the leadership of the Food & Beverage department you will ensure exceptional standards of product and service are mainteained, and the maximization of profitability happens in assigned Food & Beverage Outlet. Candidate will manage the food and beverage activities and services of the hotel, to generate business and meet customer satisfaction and sales goals, while ensuring that all Sofitel and AAA standards are achieved
• . You will exercise good judgment and a strong intuition to anticipate and meet the needs of the Outlet guests, and support the team to ensure a memorable dining experience for all patrons.
• P rovide training, coaching and feedback to the team and provide assistance in the development of the team's skills. Collaborate with the leadership team in Food & Beverage to ensure the team is set up to successfully and seamlessly create a memorable experiences for our guests!
• Provide support both on the floor and in assisting with office duties, paperwork and attending interdepartmental meetings.
• Oversee adherence to HACCP guidelines and maintain quality and guest satisfaction scores. Assist in developing and implementing procedures and practices that will positively impact the guest experience.

• Excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills that allow you to lead and manage the Food & Beverage team effectively.
