The Role

We are looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead the daily restaurant, conference and events operations on a Full Time basis.

Reporting directly to, and working closely with, our Operations Manager you will hold the following primary responsibilities:

• Provide a creative and insightful approach to service and deliver memorable experiences to guests
• Engage, motivate and develop our close-knit team and contribute to a positive workplace culture
• Contribute to all operational requirements of the Food & Beverage department
• Provide input into all administrative and planning elements for the department such as, rostering, reporting, stocktakes, orders, packages and promotions and training

About You

• Hold a valid NSW RSA
• Minimum of 1 years' experience as Food & Beverage Supervisor in a similar business
• Sound operational experience of conferencing, weddings and events
• Demonstrated ability to work within allocated budgets, stock control and rostering
• Strong communicator with well-developed stakeholder management (internal and external)
• Ability to work a flexible roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Exceptionally organised with the ability to prioritise with sense of urgency
• Ability to remain calm when under pressure
• Unlimited Australian working rights.

Salary: $63,923.60 (Hospitality Industry General Award, Managerial)
