Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
Providing Inspired Food & Beverage to highlight the destination we represent is one of our passions. As an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will provide support to the Food & Beverage Managers and Senior Leadership with the day-to-day operations of the various venues and ensure the delivery of luxury service to our valued guests.

• Ensure smooth operation of the venue, m aximizing service delivery in all areas
• Ensuring outlet maintains a first class and positive visual impact including: ambiance, cleanliness, orderliness, décor and service flows.
• Ensure the delivery of excellent service by maintaining high staff morale and team spirit.
• Working together with the Outlet Manager and Chefs to develop new menu ideas and promotions.
• Overall recruiting, staffing and scheduling ensuring an adequate balanced staff and leadership level while maintaining forecasted productivities.

• 2 years Food & Beverage supervisory experience
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Open Table and Property Manager experience is an asset.
• Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
• Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
• Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
• Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance

• Tuberculosis (TB) Clearance
• Maui County Liquor Card
• TIPS Certification
• Food Safety or ServSafe Certification

• Must be able to lift up to 50-lbs
• Constant walking & standing
• Occasional kneeling, pushing and pulling
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
• Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity
