Summary of Responsibilities
The Assistant Information Technology Manager assists the Information Technology Manager to ensure productivity meets standards given in accordance with the standards, criteria and Information Technology Operations manual. Assist the Information Technology Manager to support the operations department, to set up and maintain clean relevant databases for management purposes.
Candidates for this position must have a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology from a recognized university and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. They are required to possess personal attributes and competencies that are essential for successful leadership in a fast-paced yet positive and caring environment. To be successful in the job, candidates must have high computer literacy, trouble-shooting and must be able to speak English well.
