Assist the F&B Manager in spearheading the entire staff to achieve optimum results, Ensure that required profit margins are achieved in each financial period and the quality in service and product in relation to prices paid by guests are maintained.

Work Experience

Vocational certificate to degree level, with experience in F&B and supervising a team
