Hyde is seeking a truly passionate hospitality professional to assist in leading and managing our incredible venue and team alongside our Food & Beverage Manager. This newly created role is an incredible opportunity for a highly skilled hospitality professional to step up into their first management role. We are looking for someone who knows how to truly be hands-on and has an unrivaled passion for developing junior team members. To be successful in this role you need to be comfortable and excited about being the face of our venue.
Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be passionate about our product and service and will be able to adapt to a range of service styles and offerings within the venue ensuring our guests always have an exceptional experience. You will bring with you your extensive cocktail knowledge, and your creative flare to ensure our offerings always remain fresh and on trend.
Although the role will be predominately operational, behind the scenes you will work with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure our venue continues to thrive. You will work closely with your team to build and develop them to ensure their continued growth and success. Strong stakeholder management skills will be critical, as well as influencing and coaching skills. Most importantly you will have proven experience managing a fast paced and high-volume venue.
