Job Description For Banquet Manager
NOVOTEL MUMBAI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Your Experience & Skills include:
- Degree to Hotel Management
- 3 to 5 years of exeperience in banquet management
- Knowledge of MICROS
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
What will you be doing:
- Oversee the hosting of banquets to provide customers with an excellent banquet experience.
- Consulting with Banquet Sales Team and head chefs, determining the number of wait staff, and planning the layout and setup of venues.
- Managing the availability of liquor and soft drinks, when required.
- Answering customers' questions and accommodating special requests
