Job Description
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
- Develops and creates new beverages for the venue based on current beverage trends. Ensures proper documentation for all ingredients in appropriate recipe files and supports training for all team members.
- Responsible for the presentation of the entire bar area, including but not limited to, bottle display, glassware maintenance, seating area, carpet and wall, etc.
- Reports any faults to the maintenance department as needed.
- Mix drinks and control the beverage stock as per guidelines.
- Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
Work Experience
- Previous bartending experience of 2 years a must.
- Previous management experience is required.
- Well versed in cocktail preparation and techniques.
- Excellent knowledge of mixology and all beverage products.
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
