Job Description
The role of the bartender / barmaid is to welcome and advise customers, prepare and serve simple drinks or cocktails, ensure the animation of the bar and proceed with the invoicing and collection of consumption and management of supply and from the bar stock.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITES:
Technical Business and customer relationship:
- Welcomes customers and advises them on the choice of drinks by highlighting all specific offers
- Provides service to customers, adapting its organization and pace according to the number of people
- Handles customer complaints according to the procedure and refers complaints as well as all customer observations to his manager
- Establishes good relations with the client, advises him and keeps him loyal
- Makes each customer a unique customer
- Prepares and serves drinks at the bar in accordance with the brand's standards
- Enhances current commercial offers
- Sets up and supplies the bar
- Manages stocks, bar exits
- Knows all the products from the bar and from the menu
- Highlights its bar offer and participates in the animation of the place
- Ensures the durability of the equipment made available to them
- Applies the opening and closing instructions of the point of sale
- Applies the procedures and policies defined by the brand and the hotel
Commercial / Sales:
- Knows the services offered by the hotel, informs the customer of his request and encourages him to use them

Hygiene / Personal safety / Environment:
- Ensures the cleanliness of his workplace and food safety by respecting HACCP hygiene rules on a daily basis
