We're looking for a Bartender who considers themselves as an artist and craft specialist, blending the best drinks in town. Responsible for providing exceptional guest service and a welcoming atmosphere, the position requires a service professional with an engaging personality, upbeat attitude and a smile.

What you will be doing:

• Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
• Create a welcoming environment for all guests and fellow colleagues
• Efficiently and accurately make all requested cocktail beverages
• Have knowledge of wine & cocktails offered, keeping up with all bar menu changes
• Bar set up, tear down, clean up and preparation of garnishes and mixes
• Follow all cash handling responsibilities and procedures
• Provide responsible service of alcohol
• Assist guests with questions or concerns
• Review daily reports, VIP's and groups in house to prepare for service
• Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience required in a fast-paced, high-end bar or luxury property, and/or substantial food and beverage experience in a high volume bartending capacity
• Ramp and Mixology Certifications an asset
• Operational knowledge and proficiency in Point of Sale system an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment, while working cohesively as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Must be available for evenings and weekends

Your team and working environment:

• Physical aspects of the position include but are not limited to:
• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
• Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting and reaching
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
