Job Description

We're looking for a character. An experienced, creative bartender to become the face of our five star hotel bar, Lombardi.

Lombardi is a greatly admired establishment attracting locals & visitors alike, so this is your opportunity to not only inspire the hotel's beverage offering, but forge a career within our global hotel company.

You will be a seasoned Food and Beverage service professional with a ton of energy.
A natural talker and listener, you are engaging and curious.
You have a flair for creativity and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
A resilient person who can adapt to an evolving environment.

Work Experience

Minimum of 1 year experience in bartending
Knowledge of wine, beer and cocktails
LCQ would be advantageous, as would barista experience
