Your purpose will be: To ensure the flawless running of our beauty & fitness facilities, including the pool, gym, treatment rooms and relaxation areas. To create a wellness experience which exceeds guest expectations.
Your key responsibilities & contribution will be:
- To oversee the day to day running of beauty and fitness
- To be responsible for the recruitment, induction, training and development of all beauty & fitness colleagues
- To control the administration of Beauty & Fitness membership
- To have a key eye for detail to ensure immaculate presentation of the facilities
- To be proficient and able to carry out treatments as required
- To control labour costs, costs of sales and other expenses in line with Budget
- To maximise retail product sales
- To keep up to date with current trends and competitor analysis
- To effectively communicate the services and products of Beauty & Fitness to the other departments within the hotel
- Driving innovation and continuous improvement of the department and the guest experience Act in accordance with fire, health and safety regulations and follow the correct procedures when the situation arises.

What you will need to do this role:
Essential:
- Graduate from an accredited school of aesthetics (CIDESCO,CIBTAC, NVQ3 or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Aesthetician
- Previous experience in a luxury environment or day spa
- Trained with body treatments, facials, manicure and pedicure
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised and able to work independently
- Flexibility to work shifts and weekends
- Enthusiastic and positive with the ability to build trusting relationships
- Ability to multi task and problem solve in a fast paced environment
- Keen eye for detail
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Opera and MS Office.
- Previous experience in a guest relations leadership role.
- 3-5 years experience in the Luxury Hospitality Industry.
