Located just out of Coffs Harbour, BreakFree Aanuka Beach Resort used to be a hideaway for the rock and roll set. These days, it attracts everyone; from families looking for a beachside holiday to wedding parties who use its chapel or manicured lawns for their big day. We are seeking a passionate and driven restaurateur who is hungry for career progression and wants to take on the role of Food & Beverage Supervisor.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will run the front of house operations during busy service periods, as well as train and empower your large team to be as efficient as possible.
If you are full of beans #coffeebeans and hungry to contribute to the development of exceptional service and product standards, whilst ensuring the smooth daily operation of our F&B department, then this is the position for you!
Aside from telling us about your great service philosophy, fantastic team building management style and strong ability to build relationships with customers and Food & Beverage staff alike, we would ideally like you to have experience managing teams, as well as possess a strong knowledge of food & wine.
