We are searching for our next Revolutionists to join our Hospitality Services team in the position of Business Hub Coordinator, based within Wesley Place Precinct, Melbourne with an annualised salary package of $66,300 + super. Reporting to the Head of Hospitality - Wesley Place, you will be responsible for curating outstanding experiences for tenants, visitors & stakeholders alike within the Business Hub.

As our next Business Hub Executive, you will:

• Maintain a presence in the business hub area throughout the day and especially during peak times providing a point of contact, hospitality for tenants and guests;
• Greet and provide information and support to tenants and guests when they visit the business hub area;
• Manage and maintain the booking functions via Charli including the taking of bookings, invoicing of payments and cross checking event payments have been settled;
• Provide ongoing support for the spaces when booked/used by tenants and their guests including simple set-up & pack-downs;
• Manage any community space events that are held throughout the year;
• Manage any community space initiatives as required throughout the year;
• Ensure the highest level of service is provided to the tenants and guests that utilise the business hub area.

What we are looking for:

• A person who is passionate about service and the Art of Human Connection;
• A person who can build, nurture and curate strong rapport with key stakeholders and tenants;
• Ability to service & co-ordinate the tenant experience of the Building's Business Hub which consists of a lounge and 2 meeting rooms;
• An ability to passionately learn as we will teach you the tools and you just bring the service skills;
• Be ready for a role that will be a journey for the next 12 to 24 months.
