We are searching for our next Revolutionists to join our Hospitality Services team in the position of Cafe Manager, based within Wesley Place Precinct, Melbourne with an annualised salary package of $75,000 + super. Reporting to the Head of Hospitality, you will be responsible for curating outstanding experiences for tenants, visitors & stakeholders alike.

The right person will have:
Minimum 2 - 5 Years F&B Managerial experience
5 star service delivery experience desirable
Strong Barista skills, (espresso, pour over etc.) particularly when working at high volume
Knowledge of Food & Beverage safety standards and relevant legislation
Ability to maintain high performance and behavioural standards while under pressure
Ability to make people feel welcome and remembered
Proven people management skills
Advanced barista, organisation & communication skills
