Mercure Alice Springs is seeking Various positions in the Hotel's Commercial kitchen, including: Breakfast Cook, Chef de Partie, Commi Chef, Demi Chef, Sous Chef, Pastry Chef, cooks

Job Description

To be totally responsible for controlling all aspects of daily operation of the kitchen in your section
To control the preparation and service of all food from the kitchen ensuring that it meets the standards set out.
To make regular inspection of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
To maintain a strict control on all food items issued from the kitchen.
To ensure that all orders are prepared according to the instruction on the appropriate check.

Salary: 66,000 - 85,000 (dependant on position)

Qualifications

hold a relevant qualification equivalent to an AQF diploma and one year of experience or 3 years experience in a Chef / Cook role
