Job Description
- Ensure luxury Forbes 5 star level of service and guest experience
- Lead 25 team members in Le Beaulieu restaurant (Western cuisine) while developing talents, responsible for recruitment, training and payroll
- Create innovative Culinary events and promotions to ensure exceptional financial performance
- Ensure excellent and efficient communication within the team and with other departments
- Report to the Executive Chef/ Executive Sous Chef
Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same position
- Solid foundation on client handling & business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese (spoken& written)
