Job Description
- Support the development of Italian cuisine concepts and standards. Be familiar with local market & suppliers. Recommend menu changes according to seasonal product availability.
- Maintain food safety & protection. All food in working areas should be in compliance with food handling techniques, including dating, proper storage, rotation, etc. Maintain basic food safety and sanitation practices.
Work Experience
- A minimum of 3 years experiences in a similar capacity/function in an international five-star hotel.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of Italian cuisine.
