Job Description For Chef de Partie
Novotel Pune Nagar Road
Key Responsibilities :
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within the specialty
- Helping the Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef to develop new dishes and menus
- Ensuring team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
- Control food stock and food cost in the section
- Perform daily inspections of all walk-in refrigerators, reach ins , to ensure that proper rotation of food is adhered
