Job Description
Performs all types of food preparation as instructed by the Sous-Chef in a professional way to ensure quality and consistency, is fully responsible for his assigned section. Supply enough mise-en-place and ensure smooth operation.
Work Experience
- Degree in Cooking or related field
- Experience in Japanese kitchen operations especially Omakase or Sushi Restaurant
- Understanding of food health and safety regulations
- Ability to work as part of a team
