Job Description

WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO DO:

- Ensures sanitation, cleanliness and safety of machines, equipment in all kitchen and areas under your responsibility. - Monitors functioning and requirements of all F&B outlets. - Follows up all repairs and maintenance order in stewarding area. - Controls consumption and proper utilization of chemicals and detergents. - Enforces efficient loss, breakages and damage control.
