Job Description

• Functions as the strategic business leader of Revenue Strategy for the Phokeethra Hotels of five properties in Cambodia and Thailand; this position will be based in Phnom Penh.
• Continuous analysis of changing channel distribution models and the impact on consumer booking trends.
• Execute and monitor the standards of operations in Revenue Department.
• Works with General Manager(s) and property leadership to develop and implement hotel sales strategy. Identifies future revenue opportunities and effectively communicates strategies to the sales department/organization.
• Runs the weekly Revenue Meetings.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills combined with creativity and innovation. Outside the box thinker.
• Expert RM Skills with a focus on ADR maximization, GOP optimization through total revenue focus. Has P & L understanding.
• Revenue management experience in Luxury, Upscale and/or mid-scale hotels is a must with previous experience in a cluster role preferable.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Opera. EzRMS and TARS would be highly beneficial, Micros-Fidelio is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of TARS, GDS, IDS and all distribution.
