Job Description

• Work with General Manager and Assistant General Manager to develop initiatives to achieve desired objectives and advise on existing and evolving operating/financial issues
• Development of policies and procedures to ensure a sound internal control environment and support property initiatives
• Work with and maintain constructive relationships with the Corporate office and Client
• Establishment and management of appropriate accounting controls and procedure to maintain the integrity of the contract and manage business risks
• Oversee and finalize accurate and timely preparation of corporate monthly financial reports
• Ensures that P&L's are accurate (i.e., costs are properly matched to revenue, costs are recorded in the proper accounts) and statements are delivered to appropriate individuals in a timely manner

• Experience in Financial Control, Finance Analysis.
• Demonstrated in-depth understanding of accounting and business concepts to create reports, track growth and measure progress.
• Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient in using Excel pivot tables, vlook-up, power point, etc.
• Commercially astute, highly motivated, positive and proactive attitude.
• Sociable team player who enjoys working collaboratively in an open and supportive environment.
• Chartered Accountant and/or Certified Practicing Accountant designation desired.
