Job Description For Commercial Department Assistant

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Facilitate and coordinate travel arrangements for the team, including air tickets, accommodation, VISA, etc.
• Research and prepare data for presentations and reports
• Prepare meeting agenda and minutes taking
• Responsible for financial administration duties such as expense reports, claims, purchase orders etc.
• Update and maintain SMDL's Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Procedure, and Database
• Distribute communication materials to hotels and relevant stakeholders

• Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office e.g. MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Good presentation and influencing skills
• Ability to manage confidential information and documents
• Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively
• Service oriented with an eye for details
• Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment

• Based at Accor Singapore Office
• Reports to Personal Assistant to Chief Commercial Officer, Southeast Asia, Japan and South Korea
