Commi I
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commi I to join our Rixos The Palm team. To provide exceptional service to the guests & maintains the overall efficiency of standards set.
What's in it for you:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes within company guidelines
- Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross-contamination
- Prepare all mis-en-place for all relevant menus
- Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure food is good quality and stored correctly
- Maintaining Health & Safety standards.
- Maintains good colleagues relations and motivates colleagues
- Providing good and kind service.
- Your experience and skills include:
- Relevant experience as a Commi Chef or similar
- Diploma/ BS degree in culinary management, hospitality management, or related field
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Highly responsible and reliable with a professional presentation
