What you will be doing:

Creates and presents the dishes in line with cooking instructions and the supervisor's instructions
Adapts work to fluctuations in volume of guests, to special events and particular guests
Helps receive deliveries and tidies food items according to storage guidelines
Is responsible for the high standard of the dishes prepared
Helps keep equipment used in good condition
Cleans and tidies the workplace following the supervisor's instructions

Your experience and skills include:

Vocational diploma in food & beverage studies and/or anyone eager to work in the sector regardless of their educational background, pending validation of their skills and motivations.
Completed kitchen apprentice or chefs training courses for at least one year will be an advantage.
Should understand how to read recipes and a good knowledge of cooking
Good communication skills.
