- Responsible for daily food preparation according to requirement and hotel's standards under the guidance of the Junior Sous Chef
- To execute their daily task in the time frame given, efficiently.
- Ensuring all food preparation and production are according to hotel's culinary standards.
- To comply to the hotel's rules and regulation at all time.
- To comply to the hotel's culinary standard at all time.
- To participate in hotel's training and development program.
- To maintain their respective areas hygienic and clean according to the standard set at all time.
- To maintain a clear, healthy and accurate communication with superiors and colleagues at all time.
- Performs any other duties assigned from time to times, as per Management's direction
- Ensures that the workplace remains clean and the safety of consumable goods by always respecting HACCP regulations
- Vocational certificate or diploma in professional cuisine
- Experience that demonstrates well established technical know-how
- Languages: fluent in the national language and English
