What you will be doing:
Work Experience Your experience and skills include:
- Responsible for the preparation, production and ala carte service in Spiral operations.
- Responsible for the mise-en-place production, and ensure adherence to HACCP and Food Safety Management System.
- Practice proper waste segregation and ensure that the assigned section is in good working order.
