Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Responsible for the preparation, production and ala carte service in Sunset Bar and Food Truck.
- Responsible for the mise-en-place production, and ensure adherence to HACCP and Food Safety Management System.
- Practice proper waste segregation and ensure that the assigned section is in good working order.
Work Experience
Your experience and skills include:
- Graduate of a degree in Culinary or any related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant working experience in a luxury hotel or in the same capacity.
- Knowledgeable in ala carte services and production.
