Member of the ACCOR group "Mercure Tbilisi Old Town" & Ibis Styles Tbilisi Center are announcing vacancy for the position of Cost Controller in the financial department.

" Cost Controller" - Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• To make inventories and spot checks
• T o organize and to control receiving of goods and purchasing prices
• Reviewing and recording all F&B duty meal complimentary and ENT receipts;
• Reviewing & approving for daily food & beverage requests;
• Item creation as per requirement;
• Verifying daily void sheets;
• Verify open items in Micros;
• Registration and tracking movement of stock items;
• To control correctness and timely posting of invoices in 1C and to control rightness and timely posting of the Stores Requisitions
• Assisting in the preparation of various reports produced by the department and assisting in the month end closing process

Work Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

- Advanced user PC

- Georgian and English languages are must
