Job Description For Demi Chef - Butcher

Job Description

Prepare all meats and fish to the highest quality
Ensure effective food storage and stock rotation
Report any food spoilage/wastage to the Sous Chef
Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination
Assist in positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
Establish and monitor portion sizes for cuts of meat and fish
Responsible for controlling costs

Work Experience

High school education
Additional certification(s) from a reputable Culinary school will be an advantage
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in both Vietnamese & English language
Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
