Job Description

- Overview of the overall activities of the Sales & Distribution Department.

- Accomplishes operation Sales objectives by contributing sales information, recommendations and strategic plans.

- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements defining market and competitors share.

- Able to maintain strong relationship with major key accounts.

- Lead a team of Sales professionals to exceed budget

- To comprise monthly report, sales and marketing highlight summary of all segmentations, sales activities competitor analysis and market share analysis.

- Ensure that all client requests and servicing are attended to and fulfilled all sales personnel and administration staff.

Work Experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience as Director of Sales and marketing position in 4 or 5 stars properties

- Able to set sales strategies in all market segments: leisure, corporate, and catering

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Strong leadership skills

- Anticipation, organization and efficiency

- Positive, flexible and creative

- Familiar with chain hotel network

- Understanding of the World market and specifically Bangkok Market
