An exciting opportunity has become available for a Director of Finance - Accor Plus to join our team. This role will be responsible for carrying out the financial control function of the business ensuring all Accor financial governance elements are implemented and enforced. This position will also manage the consolidation and reporting of all Accor Plus Financial information to the Group.

Getting to know the role and your responsibilities
- Support and advise CEO and VP/GMS Accor plus on all financial matters, strategy and planning
- Prepare and review monthly financial performance, providing analysis to CEO Accor Plus
- Prepare and review all financial information (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and other management reports)
- Provide financial support and overviews of the sales offices in the region to the Operation VPs/GMs of Accor Plus
- Prepare and review all budgets and forecasts
- Manage all tax requirements with the support of the Accor Corporate Finance team
- Implement and control appropriate Capital Expenditure programs in all Accor Plus offices
- Manage the preparation of Year End Financial Accounts for audit
- Review accounts payable to ensure efficient and effective use of financial resources
- Be pro-active in controlling costs being fully aware of forecasted business and targeted profitability whilst maintaining standards

What we need from you
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Hospitality industry
- Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office and Accounting software
- Prior international experience is preferred
