Job Description

- Manages the functioning of all Food and Beverage employees, facilities, sales and costs, to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved.

- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement.

- Develop exceptional levels of customer service.

- Recruit, manage, train and develop the Food and Beverage team.

- Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures.

- Be environmentally aware.

Work Experience

- Minimum of 3 years previous experience within the luxury hotels/resorts with multiple restaurants, bar and banquet experience.

- Be proactive, innovative and adaptable to the new normal services, and the ability to problem-solve and exceptional strong leadership skills.

- Possess excellent forecasting and budgeting skills.

- Have a good understanding of inventory management systems.

- Have great verbal and written communication skills.

- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
