What will you do

Work closely with the General Manager to maximise revenue for the Hotel
Analyse market and hotel specific trends in order to accurately forecast future demand and apply corresponding strategies
Ascertain and implement the ideal market mix for the Hotel
Ensure optimal maximisations of business opportunities through brand websites, third party websites, CRO and GDS
Develop an understanding of revenue management across reservations and front office teams

What you need to be successful

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the luxury hotel market preferably in Melbourne
Strong analytical skills and proactive strategic focus
Drive to achieve and surpass targets at every opportunity
Highly organised and able to manage priorities
Exceptional interpersonal skills
