Job Description For Director of Sales
Pullman Magenta Shores Resort
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
Securing of corporate, domestic, leisure and conferencing (internal and external) and incentive business for the resort
Demonstrate and understand the market conditions of the business unit and develop and implement strategies that will achieve desired outcomes
Leading and mentoring the Sales & Marketing team to achieve department and individual goals and milestones
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You will be collaborative and highly communicative by nature with the drive to learn and progress your career as well as the team you are leading
Strong leadership and management skills
