Job Description For Duty Engineer
Pullman New Delhi Aerocity
- To provide monthly work plan to Chief Engineer for approval.
- To ensure preventive maintenance schedules are performed and correctly recorded.
- To report any out of order equipment that will affect hotel operation and notify any non-productive equipment use.
- To ensure engineering maintenance requests are performed and correctly recorded.
- To report any maintenance requests that is more than 1 month outstanding.
- To inspect daily all plant rooms, kitchens, service outlets and record any defects for rectification.
- To ensure new work orders that have been approved by DOE/CE are performed and correctly recorded.
- To perform any other duties and may be assigned from time to time by the Engineering Department
- Ensuring AMC of the equipment's and utilities is happening in timely manner.
Ensure PAR STOCK is maintained all the time and store inventory is done monthly basis.
