Job Description
-To handle complaint / incidents / accidents occurring in the hotel when required
-To manage & motivate the teams to upsell and to make sure that the rates given are matching with the instructions received.
-To ensure that a pertinent/relevant shift's logbook is maintained updated and to check the logbook from the different sections of the Front Office
-Develops high quality relationships with guests throughout their stay, in order to encourage loyalty.
Work Experience
-Applications are only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residence of Malaysia
-Familiar with Opera system.
-At least 3 years of experience in hospitality industry, preferably in front office operations, diploma or degree in hospitality management or any other related field.
