Job Description For Email Marketing Executive

An exciting opportunity has become available for a CRM Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of Accor's Customer Relationship Management and Email Marketing activity, with accountability for driving website traffic, room nights and revenue. The role includes responsibility for the execution of email marketing and lifecycle messaging to drive digital performance for hotels in the Pacific.
Getting to know the role and your responsibilities
- Execute and manage Accor's CRM activity calendar for global, national and local campaigns, across email marketing and push notification channels.
- Execute all email marketing and customer contact for all brands including the ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme (driving Lifetime Customer Value) for both B2B and B2C
- Support regional and hotel teams in the creation and review of local emailing activity, assisting to train colleagues on email platforms, and distribution of messages
- Support the development and execution of B2B communication, working closely with sales and marketing teams to address and improve performance into key destinations and hotels
- Facilitate reporting and the communication of results from CRM, email and app notification activity
- Drive digital best practice and standards within the organization
- Manage stakeholder relationships and balance the needs of local/global and internal/external stakeholders
- Link the needs of the guest back to the design of CRM campaigns and initiatives
- Understand the strategic partnerships that Accor has within the Loyalty and Digital functions, and provide the relevant level of service to those partners
- Through your network of colleagues in hotels, understand the needs of the business and how your efforts can better support the hotels
- Implement tracking for all digital campaigns, working with the analytics team to ensure regular reporting and insights. Where possible offer up ideas for improvement in tracking and reporting
What we need from you - Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing/sales/communications position at an Executive level
- Proficiency in the use of web content management systems and emailing tools (Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc)
- Excellent copy writing skills
- The ability to prioritise workload and have excellent organisational skills
- Preferred - Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (Business, Commerce, Digital, Communications)
