Job Description

- Develop unique and cuisine-appropriate menus

- Collaborate with the F&B Manager to set item prices, creat new program promotion for F&B.

- Stay current on developing trends in the luxury restaurant industry .

- Maintain the kitchen and surrounding areas in conditions that meet the company standards and safety, hygiene, health code regulations...

- Monitor inventory, purchasing supplies and food from approved vendors

- Monitor F&B Guest Experience indicators, food cost and labor cost.

- Hire, train and supervise kitchen staff

- Assist and direct kitchen staff in meal preparation, creation, plating and delivery

Work Experience

-Diploma Certification in a Culinary discipline preferred.

- At least 5 to 6 years working experience in a international 5 stars hotel as Executive Chef,

- Strong financial and business acumen,

- Fluency in English.tification in a Culinary discipline preferred.

- Exceptional leadership skills, including motivation and goal-setting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Time management and organizational skills

Fluency in English.
