What you will be doing:

• Handles all reservations including taking the reservation by telephone or directly from guests, records the reservations thoroughly, keep the reservation book in good conditions, places the reserved cards and all other reservation concerned matters.
• Is responsible for the flowers, newspaper and magazines of the Outlet including the quality and delivery.
• Personally involves in her Outlet's promotions and marketing activities.
• Is aware of all promotions and activities of F&B and other Departments.
• Greets, asks for reservation, escorts and seats the guests by creating the first positive impression of the Outlet.
• Interacts with the guests when suitable and possible within her limits.
• To promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy and an extremely high standard of social skills.
• To generally promote and ensure good inter-departmental relations.
• To display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues.
• To demonstrate pride in the workplace and personal appearance at all times when representing the hotel thus identifying a high level of commitment.
• To assist the Food and Beverage Director in any task outlined/detailed.
• To take time and get to know the guests, and to be committed to service excellence.
• To provide service that is sincere, warm and enthusiastic, ensuring the guests satisfaction.

Your experience and skills include:

• Ability to work both fast and accurately
• Availability to work during business hours, including weekends and evenings
• Flexibility to take on various shifts
