Passionate about guest interaction, food and beverage? As an F&B Hostess, you are expected to provide a high standard of service with confidence and a professional matter and exceed guest expectations at all time.

What you will be doing:

Welcome the guests by greeting them as per the standards and respond to queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure guest satisfaction.

Your experience and skills include:

Must be able to articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests, as well as being able to understand requests for assistance.
Experienced in 5-star hotels in a similar role.
Must possess good communication skills for dealing with various guests.
Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks.
